MBW was contracted to provide architecture, engineering, construction management and financial management consulting services in support of the government-to-government program (G2G) entitled Northern Uganda Development of Enhanced Local Governance, Infrastructure and Livelihoods (NUDEIL) supporting district local governments of Amuru, Gulu, Kitgum, Lamwo, Nwoya, Omoro, and Oyam Districts in Northern to plan, design, and construct infrastructure projects in the education, transport, and water supply sectors. It includes 2 piped water schemes at Obyen Matidi & Onyala, Kitgum District, 147 water boreholes, 2 bridges, several school buildings and 50km of gravel roads.
