Construction Supervision including on-job training of district staff in construction management. Coaching and mentoring of district water office personnel and coordinating the training of district staff in close liaison with the construction supervision consultant to enable pass over of skill to district staff. 

Our Roles

• Execution of all obligations in accordance with the contract between the client and contractor
• Perform detailed inspection and testing of the works
• Prepare variation orders, if required, for approval by the client
• Review and Recommend action on any claims presented by the contractor
