CNOOC engaged MBW to undertake the design and construction supervision of RAP houses for project affected persons. The project comprised of designing 49no. resettlement houses and 2no pit latrines at Nyamwirwa church and Kibaale Modern P/S which will be affected by the 46km long feeder line the refinery at Kabaale in the Oil field area.

Our Roles

• Design cost effective houses including typical roads
• Topographical Surveys and Geotechnical Investigations of the project site
• Mark out plot boundaries for the sites
• Prepare drawings, scope of work, technical specifications, cost estimates, ITT package, etc
• Preparation and submission of houses plans to the physical planning unit of the district for approval before commencement of the construction.
