The Ministry of Greater Kampala and Metropolitan Affairs engaged the joint venture of Asigma Capital Advisory Services Ltd and MBW Consulting Ltd to conduct a pre-feasibility study. The objective of this study is to assess the validity of the technical and budgetary assumptions, as well as to prioritize projects for the upcoming GKMA initiative across the nine entities within the Kampala Metropolitan Area.
