On 7th November 2022, MBW Consulting Limited was contracted by CADG Middle East JLT, the lead project contractor, to provide construction supervision services for the development of a new Oil Field Services (OFS) base. Designed to bolster Schlumberger’s operations for their client, TOTAL E&P Uganda, this facility was strategically planned to meet the unique demands of multiple product lines and support functions, including the Artificial Lift Station (ALS), Drilling Group (DG), Well Heads (WH), Completion (CPL), and the Shared Services Organization (SSO).

Our scope of work included:

• Conducting design reviews,
• Pre-client reviews and approvals of submittals,
• Drawing Management,
• Supporting QA/QC processes across all disciplines including Civil, Structural, and MEP,
• Assisting in the development of RAMS and ITPs,
• Project planning and scheduling, and
• Providing design and supervision support for the fire/safety system and air compressor installation.
