Saul is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with a Master’s Degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (Hons.) from Makerere University and is currently a Provisional Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE). He is also an HSE Practitioner with a NEBOSH International Construction Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

He has 15 years of working experience in the civil engineering field, practising in the construction sector as well as the Oil & Gas industry, during which he has undertaken project management, contract administration, feasibility study, design and supervision of construction of buildings, drainages, water supply & sanitation systems, roads and civil works. He has also undertaken the supervision/ monitoring of the implementation of Project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and social safeguards.

As well, he created and continues to lead the implementation of MBW’s ISO 45001:2018 certified Corporate HSE Management System.
