Eng. Kyobe Joel is a registered Civil Engineer the Engineering Registration Board (ERB, Member No. 698) and a Corporate Member of Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers; (MUIPE, PE/766). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Makerere university.

With over 18 years of experience, Joel has a wealth experience in project management and contract administration; civil and structural engineering design; bridge design and appraisal; Oil drill pad design; preparation of feasibility and engineering studies; construction supervision; reporting and documentation; tender documentation   and procurement; management   of claims and dispute resolution; team organization and leadership as well as test pumping supervision. Joel is a project Manager and Senior Structural and Bridges Engineer at MBW Consulting Ltd. He has worked with both Local and international Clients like UNICEF, USAID, Jesa Farm Diary Ltd, UNRA, Ecole Francaise Les Grands Lacs (French School), KCCA, Hima Cement Ltd, CNOOC Uganda Ltd, Tullow Oil Uganda Ltd, Total E&P Uganda, Ministry of Works and Transport, Kakira Sugar Works Uganda Ltd, and many more.
