Eng. James C. Kirunda is a registered civil engineer and fellow of the International Road Federation with more than 40 years of experience in road engineering projects and bridge structures in Uganda and Swaziland.   During his career he has been involved in project management, planning, feasibility studies, design, supervision of construction and rehabilitation of roads/highways, financial appraisal, preparation of contract documents and procurement of related services. He has demonstrated ability to coordinate team members for productive inputs. He also claims control and negotiating skills gained from working with different contractors coming with various technologies and methods, locally and in the region.
